What this site is
Circle Up is a directory. We list men's groups, organizations, events, and resources so that people can find them. We are not a party to anything that happens after that introduction.
What we are not
We do not run, supervise, endorse, or vet the groups themselves beyond a review of the listing. A steward checks that a listing is real, clear, and appropriate to the directory. That is a review of the submission, not an inspection of the group, its facilitator, or what happens in the room. Use your own judgment about whether a group is right for you.
Nothing here is medical, psychological, legal, or crisis care. A men's group is not therapy and is not a substitute for it. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line — not a directory listing.
Using the directory
Browse freely. No account, no charge. Please don't:
- Scrape or bulk-harvest listings, or the contact details in them.
- Use published contact details to send unsolicited marketing.
- Submit listings for groups you have no connection to or permission to list.
- Submit anything false, misleading, unlawful, hateful, or harassing.
- Attempt to interfere with the site or get around its spam protection.
If you submit a listing
- You confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to submit it — including permission to publish any contact details, names, photos, or links it contains.
- You give us permission to publish, edit for clarity and length, and remove the submission. Editing for clarity is normal; it does not change the substance of what you wrote.
- You keep ownership of your own content. We claim no ownership of your group's description, name, or materials.
- Submitting is not a guarantee of being listed. A steward may approve, ask for changes, or decline, and may remove a listing later — for example if it becomes inaccurate or the group ends.
Accuracy
Listings are supplied by the people who run these groups. Schedules change, groups close, and links rot. We review before publishing and fix what we're told about, but we cannot guarantee every listing is current. If you find something wrong, tell us.
Links out
Registration pages, group websites, and resources are run by other people. We are not responsible for their content, their practices, or their terms.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or harm arising from your use of the directory, from contacting or attending any group listed, or from anything on a site we link to. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
